The Washoe County School District Board of Trustees has voted to move forward with the Facility Modernization Plan, as well as the next phase of the Administrative Facilities Master Plan.
The Modernization Plan includes the reconstruction of Echo Loder Elementary School, the modernization of Libby Booth Elementary School, and the repurposing of Roger Corbett Elementary School and Veterans Memorial Elementary School, all by the 2027-28 school year.
The motion passed six to zero.
