Winnemucca Police say they've arrested a woman after she allegedly stabbed a man she lives with, on Thursday night.
Police say when they arrived at the Doll House Apartments, they found the man with a stab wound to his abdomen and the woman with a severed finger.
The man was flown to a trauma center for medical treatment. The woman, after getting medical care, was booked into the Humboldt County Detention Center where she faces charges of attempted murder and domestic battery with the use of a deadly weapon resulting in substantial bodily harm.
Police say the man may face criminal charges pending his release from medical care.
Police haven't released names of the people involved.
