Asian shares are mixed on Wednesday after Wall Street losses impacted by technology stocks. Tokyo’s Nikkei 225 dropped 0.6%. South Korea’s Kospi rose 0.8%, while Hong Kong’s Hang Seng fell 0.8%. Gold and silver prices continued to regain ground as investors sought safe haven assets on concerns over the weaker U.S. dollar, elevated geopolitical tensions and tariff uncertainties. Gold rose 2.8%, and silver jumped 4.8%. In U.S. markets on Tuesday, the S&P 500 dropped 0.8%, the Nasdaq was down 1.4%, and the Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 0.3%.
