President Donald Trump says he had a “very good” discussion with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy in Davos, Switzerland, where the World Economic Forum is taking place. But Trump has announced no major breakthroughs as he struggles to get Zelenskyy and Russia's Vladimir Putin to agree to terms to end their nearly 4-year-old war. Trump also has inaugurated his Board of Peace to try to maintain a ceasefire in Israel's war with Hamas. Speaking in Davos, Trump emphasized global participation, despite many U.S. allies opting out. Trump aims to map a future for Gaza, but those efforts have largely been overshadowed by his efforts to take Greenland.
