New Hampshire primary voters are choosing candidates for Congress, governor and the state Legislature, with the retirement of U.S. Sen. Jeanne Shaheen creating the most competitive races. Two Republicans hoping to replace the three-term Democrat are former senators she previously defeated: John E. Sununu and Scott Brown. The Democratic race includes U.S. Rep. Chris Pappas.
