Lindsay Clancy's murder trial is in the second week of testimony about the killings of her three children in a coastal Massachusetts town in 2023. Court was back in session Monday after a week of wrenching testimony and a jury trip to the home where the children were strangled. Monday’s witnesses have so far included doctors who provided medical treatment to Clancy and two of her children, building on testimony some of their colleagues gave for the prosecution last week. Clancy’s defense says she was a loving mother who was overmastered by postpartum psychosis. Prosecutors contend that she acted intentionally and should be held criminally responsible.
