Nevada Highway Patrol is investigating an injury crash that occurred on U.S. 50 at State Route 28 in Douglas County.
The crash has eastbound and westbound 50 reduced to one lane at SR28.
NDOT is assisting with traffic control.
Just after 1 p.m. Saturday, troopers responded to a report of a two-vehicle crash on 50 and 28 near Spooner Lake Recreation Area.
The crash involved a pickup and an SUV.
One person with serious injuries has been taken by air ambulance to an area hospital. Seven people were taken by ground ambulance to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
