A threat of severe weather is continuing across the nation's mid-section this weekend. Powerful storms that spawned tornadoes on Friday killed four people in Michigan and two in Oklahoma, and left swaths of damage including leveled homes. Authorities in Michigan say three people were killed and 12 were injured near Union City, after an apparent tornado hit. About 50 miles southwest, Cass County officials say one person was killed and several injured after a tornado touched down. Officials say another tornado in Beggs, Oklahoma, near Tulsa killed two people. The National Weather Service says the risk of severe weather continues Saturday from Texas to the Great Lakes.
