President Trump has used his State of the Union address to sell a booming America, even as voters worry about the economy. He says the country is “bigger, better, richer and stronger than ever.” He also celebrates the 250th anniversary of American independence and promises more progress. Democrats signal deep division in the chamber. Trump points to unity when he welcomes the U.S. men’s hockey team. He then quickly teases Democrats again. Trump keeps returning to the economy.
