Israel’s Benjamin Netanyahu says New York Mayor Zohran Mamdani is “fomenting hate” by calling the prime minister a war criminal who should be arrested if he visits the city. Speaking Sunday on Fox News Channel, Netanyahu said he intends to attend the United Nations General Assembly gathering of world leaders in September. Mamdani said last week that while New York lacks legal authority to execute the arrest warrant from the International Criminal Court but he encouraged the federal government to do so.
