President Donald Trump has shown off the new Air Force One and defended the gift from the Qatari royal family while campaigning for Republicans in rural Arizona. Trump was there to rally support for Rep. Andy Biggs, the Republican candidate for governor of the swing state. Trump accepted the airplane gift last year despite criticism, including from some of his staunchest allies. At the rally, he defended his decision by saying you take gifts when they are given to you. Trump spoke in Mohave County, where he won with more than 70% of the vote in 2024. He planned to campaign in Montana later Wednesday.
