Dry, windy weather is fueling a big wildfire a few miles north of Sisters, Oregon. Officials say they are optimistic the flames won't threaten the city but are waiting for winds to die down by Sunday. Meanwhile, a fourth firefighter has died from burns in a fast-moving wildfire near the Colorado-Utah border last month. Forty-three-year-old Nathan Matthews died Friday, nearly a month after he and other firefighters were enveloped in what is known as a burnover. It is a term for a situation in which a fire spreads and closes off all escape routes. Killed at the scene were firefighters Emily Barker, Nick Hutcherson and Sydney Watson.
