The Nevada Commission of Ethics is being asked to consider an alleged ethics complaint that filed against Reno Mayor Hillary Schieve. 

In a document posted online, the commission says the unidentified complaint was filed on April 3, 2023. It goes on to say that on May 18, the commission instructed the executive director to investigate the claims. 

This past Monday, a review panel unanimously found that there was "credible evidence to support a determination that just and sufficient cause exists for the Commission to render an opinion."
