During a search of her and her car, police found methamphetamine, a shotgun and a loaded semi-automatic handgun which Tipton was not allowed to have because of the suspected use and possession of methamphetamine.
Tipton was transported to the Humboldt County Detention Center where she was booked for trespassing, possession of a schedule one controlled substance and possession of a firearm by a prohibited person.
