WHAT IS YOUR TOP PRIORITY IF ELECTED?

Equity for Rural and Frontier counties to assure preservation of Rural Life for today and Future Generations. Affordable and accessible housing, healthcare, communications, transportation and education, and Data Center control.

IN JUST A FEW SENTENCES: WHAT DO YOU BELIEVE IS THE BIGGEST PROBLEM FACING OUR STATE, AND HOW WOULD YOU FIX IT?

Budgets are small and not equitable to rural and Frontier counties. Plans are needed to adjust funding to improve the rural life for today and future generations. Budgets should be adjusted to do the most good, not just go to the most populous areas. Rural dark skies, open space and unique opportunities will help all of NV.

CONSUMER PRICES, GAS PRICES, AND HOUSING COSTS ARE HISTORICALLY HIGH, WHILE WAGES HAVE NOT KEPT PACE IN NEVADA. WHAT IS YOUR PLAN TO HELP NEVADANS WHO ARE STRUGGLING FINANCIALLY?

Programs that help our most vulnerable, seniors and veterans need to be implemented. We need to limit price gouging and restrict industrial investors from buying residential housing. School meals should be funded to help produce an educated future generation.

WHERE DO YOU STAND ON THE RAPID DEVELOPMENT OF AI, AND THE PROLIFERATION OF DATA CENTERS? WHAT ROLE DO YOU SEE NEVADA TAKING IN EACH?

Data Centers are being approved too rapidly, and counties don't have resources to control them. The state needs a plan to protect our citizens and restrict Centers using arbitration to get around regulations to take water and increase energy costs.

I will be a stronger voice for rural NV and work to create a plan to preserve our culture while assuring improvements for a good life for future generations.
