Three people were arrested in Lyon County following an investigation of a major residential burglary resulting in over $100,000 of property being stolen or destroyed.
The victim of the burglary was planning to retire in Yerington, Nevada, and was storing personal items at a property there.
Over the course of several months, a series of burglaries took place, and most of the victim's personal belongings were stolen or destroyed.
During April and May of 2024, Lyon County Sheriff's Office deputies conducted an in-depth investigation, where they recovered over $45,000 of stolen property and arrested three suspects.
Richard Adams was arrested May 1. His bail is $87,620.
He faces the charges of grand larceny, possession of stolen property, residential burglary, destruction of property and house breaking.
Crystal Jackson was arrested May 24. Her bail is $37,670.
She faces the charges of destruction of property, residential burglary, house breaking and various drug possession charges.
Traivs Paulos-Ivanich was arrested May 31. His bail is $35,000.
He faces the charges of possession of stolen property and grand larceny.
