Search for Two Missing Kids in Lyon County

The Lyon County Sheriff's Office (LCSO) announced that two kids who went missing Thursday, January 25 were found.

According to a Facebook post, 12-year-old Brandon Carter Jr. and his sister, 13-year-old Brandi Carter have been safely located. 

LCSO thanked everyone who helped find the missing children.

The Lyon County Sheriff's Office is asking the public for help finding two kids who went missing Thursday, January 25.

12-year-old Brandon Carter Jr. and his sister, 13-year-old Brandi Carter, were last seen at the Pilot Travel Center in Fernley, walking toward Main Street.

Brandon was last seen wearing a black sweater, black pants, and black snow boots. Brandi has on a baby blue jacket, gray pants, and black tennis shoes.
 
Brandon is described as 5 feet tall, weighs 90 pounds, with blue eyes and blond hair. Brandi is described as 5 feet tall, weighs 80 pounds, and has hazel eyes with brown hair.
 
LCSO says both have been entered into NCIC as runaway juveniles.
