The Washoe County Sheriff's Office named its first Chief Happiness Deputy: Chance.
Chance's job is to bring cheer and happiness to the Sheriff's Office.
Chance was found wandering the streets. Thanks to the care he received from Res-Que, a non-profit that saves dogs, he was able to get a second chance at life, which is where he got his name from.
