Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy says Russia is still striking Ukraine's energy facilities despite U.S. President Donald Trump's claim of an energy ceasefire. Speaking at the Warsaw Security Forum in Poland on Monday, Zelenskyy said he is willing to honor the agreement if Russia does, but said that following Trump's announcement Russia struck energy facilities, including a power plant in the northeastern city of Kharkiv, a gas production facility and a civilian gas station. The European Union's top diplomat is skeptical of the ceasefire, noting there are no signs Russia will respect it. Meanwhile, a Russian drone hit a residential building in Kyiv late Monday, killing two people and injuring five others.
