Trading on Wall Street is mixed early with tech stocks poised for more declines as earnings season ramps up amid the latest government data showing that inflation remains a problem in the U.S. Futures for the S&P 500 were down 0.2% before the opening bell Thursday, while futures for the Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 0.3%. Nasdaq futures tumbled 1%. Artificial intelligence stocks were down again after taking a beating a day earlier.
