NV Energy: Power Restored for More Than 7 Thousand In Douglas County

 

 

 

UPDATE: Power has been restored for most customers in Minden and Gardnerville. 

NV Energy is reporting a power outage that is affecting about 7287 customers in Douglas County. 

They say power is expected to be restored by 12:15 p.m. on Saturday. 

NV Energy says the cause of the outage is from damage to substation equipment.
