The Reno Fire Department says one person was transported to Renown Regional Medical Center after a building fire late Monday morning.
The fire was first reported just before 11:45 a.m. on Monday near Plumb Lane in the 600 block of Grand Canyon Blvd.
Avoid the area - there may be temporary surrounding road closures.
There's no immediate word on how the fire started.
