UPDATE: Truckee Meadows Fire and Rescue (TMFR) responded to a four car pileup near Axe Handle Road on Pyramid Highway on Saturday.
Officials say three people were taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
TMFR expects Pyramid Highway to fully open around 3:00 p.m., but drivers are slowly being let through now.
