Justices to Take Up Dispute Over Subpoenas for Trump Financial Records

President Trump has announced that next year's Group of Seven Summit will be held at Camp David in Maryland.

The president made the announcement during a NATO meeting in London with Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.

"We're going to do it at Camp David, and we'll be doing some very special things at Camp David," Trump said. "It's nearby, it's close. We're going to give very good access to the press."

The presidential retreat in Maryland has previously been used to host G7 summits.

In August, acting Chief of Staff Mick Mulvaney had announced that the G7 Summit was going to be held at Trump National Doral Resort near Miami.

But after a public backlash, Trump decided against the move.

"We will no longer consider Trump National Doral, Miami, as the Host Site for the G-7 in 2020," Trump tweeted in October. "We will begin the search for another site, including the possibility of Camp David, immediately."

Trump made the change after members of Congress and government ethics experts accused him of violating the Constitution by holding the summit at his financially struggling resort.
