Relatives of a 13-year-old boy who was shot and killed by police in central New York are demanding justice.
A person was taken to the hospital after being shot with a pellet/BB gun on Friday afternoon.
School authorities say a student who bought a BB gun to McQueen High School Wednesday was taken into custody a short time later.
The Carson City Sheriff’s Office has been investigating a series of BB gun shootings to vehicles and houses during the month of September.
Officials say no student or staff member were in danger at any time during the incident.
Out of a group of six members, four were confirmed to have been hit. No one was seriously injured.
