Authorities say a Tennessee convict suspected of killing a corrections administrator before escaping prison on a tractor has been captured.

The Lyon County District Attorney's Office says a man faces up to 12 years in prison after being found guilty in a trial involving assault with a deadly weapon. 

Pundyk pled not guilty by reason of insanity, but was ultimately found guilty by the jury.  

O.J. Simpson's lawyer says Simpson isn't planning to move from Las Vegas to Florida like he told state parole officials before he was released in October from Nevada state prison. 

Update: The two escaped inmates from Georgia were captured in Tennessee.

President Obama is cutting the prison sentences of 46 convicts as part of a broader effort to make the criminal justice fairer and ease the punishment of those serving more time than their crimes warranted.

The surviving escapee from a prison break and three-week manhunt will spend 23 hours a day in a maximum-security cell, much more confined than he and a fellow murder convict were in the prison from which they managed a getaway.
