While 2020 has been a rough year because of the pandemic, there are several things in Northern Nevada we can still be thankful for in terms of weather.

Two women suffered life-threatening injuries in a rollover crash that happened near the Reno-Tahoe International Airport.

While highs are in the 60's, based on climate, we can still see freezing temperatures at night.

Wednesday morning will be the coldest start we've seen yet this fall season. Records could be broken as well. 

Fall is normally a great time of year in the Truckee Meadows with lots of sunshine and mild temperatures. This year has been great too, with temperatures staying near average. While the weather is nice now winter is right around the corner, and some parts of the country are already getting a taste of it. 

Business at the Reno-Tahoe International Airport is soaring. In 2017 the airport hit record numbers of passengers, and Monday they gave a look at how that's affecting our economy as a whole.

This will be the hottest week yet of 2018 in Northern Nevada with temperatures expected to reach the triple digits a few times. As high pressure builds over the west temperatures will warm and storm chances will go up as well.
