NV Energy has restored power to most of Douglas County after an earlier outage affected more than 21,000 customers.
NV Energy says most of the outages are under investigation although some are weather-related.
A temporary power outage affected nearly 3,000 customers, mostly near the Damonte Ranch area.

The outage started just before 9 a.m. on Monday.
The biggest outage was in the 89448 area, with more than 1,700 customers affected.
Smaller outages are also reported in Churchill and Lander counties.
While some outages are under investigation, others were caused by weather.
NV Energy reports over 500 customers are without power near Moana Lane and Lakeside Drive on Friday afternoon.
