More than 2,700 NV Energy customers were temporarily without power across Douglas County on Wednesday.

Two different outages affected three zip codes: 89413; 89448 and 89449. 

The biggest outage was in the 89448 area, with more than 1,700 customers affected.

The outages are under investigation. 

Power may still be out for some customers as crews work to restore electricity for those affected.
