Sierra Front says the 1,165-acre Jasper Fire in Sun Valley was contained on Tuesday.
Sierra Front says one home and two outbuildings are destroyed.Â
The fire started around 3Â p.m. on Saturday near Leon & Chimney Drives.Â
While the official cause remains under investigation, authorities believe the fire was started by target shooting.
Authorities say two men, 23-year-old Alex Arias and 22-year-old Jorge Arias were arrested after they turned themselves in for alleged target shooting.Â
They face charges of destruction of property due to gross negligence.
Sierra Front says that resources on scene continued to be released as fire crews mop up and secured the edges of the blaze. They will also repair dozer lines and haul back equipment and debris.
There were 123 people fighting the fire.
At one point, residents north of Sun Valley, west of Pyramid Highway and south of Eagle Canyon were advised to go to a evacuation center set up at Hug High School. The school has since been closed as a center.
