Kubiak opens Raiders camp with Cousins atop QB depth chart and Mendoza pushed to compete

Klint Kubiak is overseeing his first training camp as head coach of the Raiders. He faces the challenge of managing Kirk Cousins as the starting quarterback while developing top draft pick Fernando Mendoza. Kubiak said Tuesday that Cousins will lead the first-team offense when practice starts Wednesday. Mendoza, a Heisman Trophy winner, will also be closely watched.
