The Reno Police Department (RPD) says a suspect is still at large in connection to a kidnapping and extortion case.
On November 8th, 2019, at 5:20 PM the Reno Police Department was contacted about a 23-year-old male that was last seen in the area of Valley Road and E. 5th Street in Reno. Officials say family members had noticed suspicious financial activity on his bank accounts since his disappearance.
Detectives responded and at approximately 3:00 AM on November 9th the missing person was located near the area of Valley Road and advised police that he’d been robbed and held against his will. Officials say they obtained a search warrant by the RPD SWAT Team on a warehouse in the area. Several subjects were contacted and ultimately two subjects, 29-year-old Ciera Miller and 43-year-old Saul Zelaznog were arrested for Kidnapping, False Imprisonment, and Robbery. Officials say they also arrested another person, 25-year-old Cierra Pangborn. She was arrested for unrelated charges.
Officials also say the victim is safe, and no injuries were reported.
The investigation is ongoing, with a male suspect at large.

Secret Witness is also offering a reward for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of a suspect who is wanted by the RPD on multiple charges. The reward amount is still to be determined.
