Grocery store checkout lines are getting busier with Thanksgiving just a few days away. Stores like Whole Foods say they've got it covered for those who don't want to cook Thanksgiving dinner themselves.
Brian Campbell, associate team leader at Whole Foods Market, says they've got just about everything to suit any persons Thanksgiving needs.
“"We actually have a lot of things to offer here at Whole Foods. Our turkey dinners actually start at $99.99, and we actually have a holiday table here at the store that you can come in and you can place your order right here for a full holiday meal,” says Campbell.
From the turkey, to all the traditional sides like mashed potatoes, Whole Foods holiday meal plans offer plenty for the entire family. For the not-so traditional meal, vegan and vegetarian options are available as well.
Associates at Whole Foods say while store business has increased the weekend before the holiday, they look forward to the Wednesday before Thanksgiving to be the busiest day yet.
Eric and Yvette Grace did some early shopping on Sunday, but not for the turkey.
"Recently we became acquainted with making homemade ice cream,” says Grace.
They say their favorite tradition on Thanksgiving, making non-traditional foods.
