The Home Depot Inc. says it's looking to hire 300 associates in the Reno area and 80,000 nationwide in preparation for spring.
A hiring event will be held on Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at its west Reno store, located at 5125 Summit Ridge Court.
Permanent, part-time and seasonal positions are available including sales, cashiers, lot and freight at its stores across Reno and Spanish Springs.
Candidates are encouraged to apply prior to attending the hiring event, but walk-ins are welcome.
