The Truckee Meadows Fire Protection District (TMFPD) reports a structure fire at Livermore Drive and Mayberry Drive in Reno.

It happened just after 2 a.m. Thursday.

Fire Officials say the house was "100 percent on fire" when they arrived.

TMFPD reports that one person was transported to a local hospital as a precautionary measure for smoke inhalation and minor burns.

Officials on scene say a total of five people are displaced, two adults and three children.

The five residents were evacuated by REMSA.

Fire officials say they pulled firefighters from the home and fought the fire from the outside.

TMFPD officials advise that people avoid the area.

Officials say Livermore is closed at Mayberry Drive and officials say they are not sure how long this closure will last.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.

We have crews on scene and will continue to report on this developing story as more updates are made available.
