Baseball's Back: MLB Sets 60 Game Sked, Opens Late July

Major League Baseball released its schedule for the 2020 season on Monday. MLB intends to play an abbreviated, 60-game season amid the coronavirus pandemic.

Baseball is set to return with the defending World Series champion Nationals hosting the Yankees in a probable Max Scherzer-Gerrit Cole pitching matchup on July 23. The Dodgers will face the Giants that night as well before MLB plays a full, 15-game schedule on July 24.
