Alongside casinos local bars are allowed to reopen during Phase Two. They will have to make lots of adjustments. People won't be able to come up to the bar and order a drink like they would before. They will have to wait until the server comes to them. 

"Our staff will have to adjust to that," says Jaimi Ficco, owner at Beer NV.

Server will have masks and gloves on, some tables and chairs will be gone, people will be spaced out and bars will have to work at reduced capacity. At Beer NV they say they are happy to reopen, especially after their business went down 98 percent during their closure. They say they need time to finalize plans, so they are ready to see customers. 

"Three days notice, while it's great to be open, it's not a big window, so the time frame, the extra three days we are taking makes us feel better about what we are going to do," says Ficco. 

Beer NV will reopen on Tuesday at noon.Â
