Donald and Gayle Morse will be celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary on April 23, however COVID-19 has scrapped plans for a big celebration.
Donald and Gayle have been residents of Carson City for 36 years after moving from Minnesota.
Donald is a retiree from the State of Nevada's Department of Manufactured Housing.
Gayle is a retired schoolbus driver for the Carson City School District.
The couple were married on April 23, 1960. They have four kids.
Donald is still involved with the Carson City Railroad Museum, driving the train around Mills Park. He's also involved with the Carson City radio-controlled airplane field.
Gayle is a member of the "Red Hats" and both of them volunteer at the Senior Center every week.
