Thompson Fire Continues to Burn in Butte County

The scorching heat wave in California is making it hard for fire crews to contain a fast-moving wildfire north of Sacramento. Officials have told about 26,000 people in and around Oroville to evacuate while California's governor has declared a state of emergency. Elise Preston reports from Oroville.
