The Washoe County Sheriff's Office found the woman who went missing in Pyramid Lake, after she was last seen on an inflatable unicorn raft drifting into the lake.
They say they found the woman walking along the shoreline around 2:00 a.m. WCSO says she returned to her camp after she was found.
WCSO says at 9:30 p.m. on Saturday evening the woman was reported missing, she was last seen on an inflatable unicorn tube near Rawhide Beach.Â
Reports say she was camping with others, and went out on the over-sized floating tube with another person into the lake. That person got off the raft and went to shore, but the group of other campers shortly after lost sight of the woman and raft.
WCSO hasty team, 3 boats, Pyramid Lake Tribal, Raven helicopter, swimmers and divers searched for the woman and planned to be out through the night and into the morning.Â
WCSO RAVEN and more than 25 search and volunteers with @WashoeSheriff Hasty, WCSAR, and Specialized Vehicle Unit responded to Pyramid Lake late last night to assist @plpt search for a missing woman. Rescuers located the woman at 0200 and she was returned safely to camp. pic.twitter.com/zkG3BjbtIy
