Congress to Vote on COVID-19 Relief BillÂ
Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell announced Sunday evening that leadership from both chambers have reached a deal on the COVID-19 relief package and government funding bill. Leaders say it will include $600 per adult and child. The House will vote on the bill Monday.Â

New Criminal Charges in Pan Am Flight 103
Attorney General William Barr says he will announce new criminal charges in the 1988 terrorist bombing of Pan Am flight 103 on Monday, December 21. The announcement will come on the 32nd anniversary of the bombing.Â

Supreme Court Response on Trump Campaign Petition
President Trump's campaign committee filed a petition to the U.S. Supreme Court, looking for a reversal in three Pennsylvania Supreme Court cases. The petition claims the Pennsylvania Supreme Court illegally changed Pennsylvania's mail balloting law immediately before and after the 2020 presidential election.Â
The Trump campaign has requested expedited consideration and has asked for a response before Christmas Eve.Â

Christmas Pawliday for the Shelter Animals
Washoe County Regional Animal Services is planning a Christmas Day feast for the dogs and cats who will be spending Christmas at the shelter. The shelter is collecting canned chicken, canned tuna, canned sweet and regular potatoes and canned sliced carrots.Â
Food will be collected December 21-24 at 1001 E 9th Street in Reno.Â
