Carson City deputies say they have learned more about the woman's body found earlier this week in a shallow grave wrapped inside a sleeping bag.
Deputies say a hiker found the woman's body north of Lone Mountain Cemetery late Tuesday morning. Sheriff Ken Furlong says the walking trail near Newridge and Northridge Drives is not associated with the cemetery, but is heavily traveled by the homeless population and hikers.
Although authorities say the autopsy remains open and active, it's reported that the woman's body has reddish/blonde hair and was between 5'2” – 5'8”. She was wearing an adult diaper, size 7 white shoes with purple lines, size 8 rings, and Aristar bifocals glasses with 135mm inscription, and partial top dentures.
