The Carson City Sheriff's Office says they are asking for assistance finding a fraud suspect.
They said on May 6, a suspect entered the Bank of America in Carson City and tried to cash a fraudulent check.
They said the suspect used a false ID and he fled before law enforcement arrived.
Carson City Sheriff's Office says the suspect is described as a black male adult with dark hair and dark eyes. They said he was wearing sunglasses on his forehead and a short sleeve, button up shirt. They said he also had a beard and mustache. They said he appears to have scarring or pock marks on both cheeks on his face.
