Caltrans says a charred overturned semi-truck closed a portion of I-80 east near Soda Springs for just under eight hours on Friday. Â
CHP Dispatch says the truck was carrying about 150 gallons of fuel when it overturned, just before 4:15 a.m. on Friday. Â
Traffic was diverted off on the Soda Springs exit and being let back on I-80 after the crash.Â
CHP says both lanes reopened just after 11:45 a.m.
Caltrans had dispatched a HAZMAT crew to the scene to investigate the fuel spill.Â
No injuries are reported.Â
