The Regional Sex Offender Notification Unit (RSONU) is informing the general public of informational matters related to three Tier III (High Risk) Sex Offenders.
Mr. Jeremiah Lee Greaney, age 42, has been assessed as a Tier III Sex Offender by the State of Nevada Sex Offender Registry. The RSONU has been notified that he is homeless and will be residing in the area of downtown Reno and that he is currently employed in the 90 block of Bell Street.         Â
Mr. Greaney is in compliance with all Sex Offender laws, and is not wanted by law enforcement. Â
Mr. Greaney is currently being supervised by the State of Nevada, Department of Public Safety, Division of Parole and Probation. You may contact them at 775-684-2300 for more information.
Mr. Carl Higgins Smith, age 43, has been assessed as a Tier III Sex Offender by the State of Nevada Sex Offender Registry. The RSONU has been notified that he is homeless and will be residing in the area of downtown Reno and is currently unemployed.         Â
Mr. Smith is in compliance with all Sex Offender laws, and is not wanted by law enforcement. Â
Mr. Smith is currently not being supervised by the State of Nevada, Department of Public Safety, Division of Parole and Probation. Â
Mr. Myron Orlando Jerry, age 49, has been assessed as a Tier III Sex Offender by the State of Nevada Sex Offender Registry. The RSONU has been notified that he will be residing in the 400 block of Lake Street, and is currently unemployed.         Â
Mr. Jerry is in compliance with all Sex Offender laws, and is not wanted by law enforcement. Â

Mr. Jerry is not currently being supervised by the State of Nevada, Department of Public Safety, Division of Parole and Probation. Â

Citizen abuse of this information to threaten, intimidate or harass registered sex offenders will NOT be tolerated. Any threats, intimidation or harassment against the offender is unlawful, and could subject the individual engaging in such an act to criminal prosecution, in addition to possible civil liability.
The RSONU is a collaborative effort between law enforcement in Reno, Sparks, and Washoe County, to monitor and enforce the requirements set forth in the Nevada Revised Statutes for Registered Sex Offenders.
