Douglas County to Hold Workshop on Proposed Water, Sewer Increases

Douglas County Commissioners are scheduled to discuss a new housing development in the Gardnerville Ranchos on Tuesday. 

The planned 80-acre Rancho Sierra project would include 353 single family homes near Tillman Lane at the southerly edge of the Gardnerville Ranchos.

The Ranchos Sierra Group owns the land.

The county commission meeting is scheduled to start at 1 p.m. at the Douglas County Courthouse at 1616 Eighth Street in Minden.
