Downtown Reno is turning all things Italian this weekend as the 33rd Annual Great Italian Festival fills Virginia Street.
“We've got grape stomp, we have gelato eating, and UNR boxing is doing some demonstrations,” said Rick Murdock with the Eldorado. “We have the pasta tasting going off.”
Other events include a spaghetti sauce cook off, concerts, and a farmer's market.
“There is something for every family,” said Murdock. “The kids can grape stomp and the adults can grape stomp.”
KTVN's Landon Miller and Chloe Beardsley will also grape stomp Sunday at 11.
Virginia Street will be closed throughout the weekend south of Fifth Street through Second Street.
