Eldorado Resorts is buying Caesars in a cash-and-stock deal valued at $17.3 billion, creating a casino giant.
Eldorado Resorts Inc. on Tuesday reported second-quarter net income of $18.9 million. The Reno-based company said it had net income of 24 cents per share.
Eldorado Resorts, Inc. and Caesars Entertainment Corporation have announced that at two separate meetings of stockholders on Friday, their respective stockholders approved certain actions in connection with Eldorado's acquisition of Caesars.
