Sparks Fire Department responded to reports of a structure fire at The Egg Roll King located at 2253 Oddie Blvd. around 8:45am Saturday morning.
Upon arrivals Sparks crews were found heavy smoke, and flames extending out of the roof.
The business was closed, so forcible entry was required to make access.
Sparks Fire Department says crews found a fire in the kitchen cooking hood and quickly extinguished it before it extended into adjacent businesses.
Access into adjacent businesses was required to ensure there wasn't any extension.
Fire damage was limited to the kitchen hood system and roof. The business will be closed until repairs can be made.
The actual cause of the fire is currently under investigation
