Human Remains Identified as Missing Elko Woman

Human remains recently found in Elko County by a hiker are now identified as those of a woman who went missing in September 2019. 

The Elko County Sheriff's Office says the hiker found the remains in the Adobe Mountain Range on September 17th. 

The Washoe County Medical Examiner has since identified those remains as Elizabeth (Beth) Agee-Morrison. Her family has been notified. 

The sheriff's office has been actively investigating the disappearance of Beth Agee-Morrison and Doug Hegge who were reported missing at approximately the same time and who were reported to have been together.
